The building located at 57 West South Temple, which was not part of the City Creek redevelopment, has come to the end of its useful life and will be demolished. The demolition will be conducted in collaboration with the neighboring community and businesses. Property Reserve has no immediate plans for replacing the building and the site will leveled off.

Please be advised that demolition of the level 1 slab and basement will resume starting 9/22/25. This will result in an increase to noise and truck traffic. This will continue through mid-November.
