The building located at 57 West South Temple, which was not part of the City Creek redevelopment, has come to the end of its useful life and will be demolished. The demolition will be conducted in collaboration with the neighboring community and businesses. Property Reserve has no immediate plans for replacing the building and the site will leveled off.

DEMOLITION UPDATES & NOTICES

SITE ACTIVITY FROM 1/5/26 to 3/31/26

Please be advised that demolition site activity will resume starting the week of January 5th, after demolition is completed, the site will be leveled off. Surrounding neighbors can expected increased noise, vibration during this time. This work will be concurrent with the utility work on South Temple. The sidewalk and roadway will remain closed through March.
